Flowtech; Pipes for water reticulation

Flowtech Ltd is a leading manufacturer of an extensive range of PVC and HDPE water reticulation, sewer and drainage, cable duct, PPR, and LDPE pipes and fittings systems with ISO9001 certified factory based
in Blantyre, Malawi catering for the potable water supply, Irrigation, Civil, Construction, and telecommunication sectors.

We got them a PSI grant, and with a matching investment they could install additional extrusion equipment for large diameter uPVC pipes. With this investment they have set up the first local production line producing uPVC pipes diameter range 315 to 450 mm. Up to now they were a significant producer of uPVC pipes from 20 mm to 250 mm. Diameters above 250 mm had to be imported from Botswana and South Africa. With this project no import is needed anymore.
